"I was charged a very high rate compared to what others were paying.
I asked if my local calls could be waived as I depepend on my internet connection via a local ATT dial up and said it was ok, but there were many charges on my bill on check out that they would not remove.
Nothing worked at the hotel, the pool was closed, the vending machines were constantly off, no ice machine, it was in sad shape."
